Trainer & Pad Holder Course

- Pre-requisite:Ā To be eligible for the Trainer & Pad Holder Course, you must have completed the Foundations I Course and have at least six months of formal training in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, or a similar martial arts discipline. Additionally, it's necessary for you to be actively participating in gym activities and either be in the process of preparing for the role of a Pad Holder and Trainer or already fulfilling this role.

Muay Boran Foundations I course is required because students must be familiar with the 6 different movement types of traditional Muay Thai. The 6 movements are part of the Foundations I curriculum.Ā
